Internationale Kooperationen

Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie (DGOU) kooperiert auch mit zahlreichen internationalen Partnern aus dem Fachbereich Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie. 

AAOS

Founded in 1933, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons is the preeminent provider of musculoskeletal education to orthopaedic surgeons and others in the world. Its continuing medical education activities include a world-renowned Annual Meeting, multiple continuing medical education (CME) courses held around the country and at the Orthopaedic Learning Center (OLC), and various medical and scientific publications and electronic media materials.

 

COA

The Chinese Orthopaedic Association (COA) was founded in 1980 in Tianjin. COA is one of the specialty societies under Chinese Medical Association. Aiming at promoting scientific exchange, providing orthopaedic education, and improving the orthopaedic health service level.

EFORT

The European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Trauma (EFORT) works on behalf of the European orthopaedic and traumatology community to restore and secure mobility, musculoskeletal health and quality of life.

ESTES

The European Society for Trauma and Emergency Surgery (ESTES) was founded 2007 in Graz following the merging of EATES (European Association for Trauma & Emergency Surgery) and ETS (European Trauma Society) and registered in Brussels 2007.

FORTE

The Federation of Orthopaedic Trainees in Europe (FORTE) began life at the trainees session of the EFORT Congress in Lisbon 2005. At the outset, our aims are the following: friendship and fellowship, outreach to orthopaedic surgeons (trainee and consultants), links with industry, reference point for Orthopaedic Training matters, teaching and training, exchange of ideas and communication.

SICOT

SICOT is an international non-profit association incorporated under Belgian law with the aim to advance the science and art of orthopaedics and traumatology at an international level and to foster and develop teaching, research and education. 

TOTBID

TOTBİD is a civil society organization which prepares the necessary conditions for scientific information exchange between orthopedics and traumatology specialists working in Turkey and makes encouraging works regarding this issue, which takes the lead in protecting and lauding the reputation of the profession, which makes the necessary efforts to protect the rights of its members and which also does not refrain from self-check to solve problematic points.

ORS

For over 60 years, the Orthopaedic Research Society has been the leading research society supporting engineers, orthopaedic surgeons, biologists, veterinarians, and clinicians in pursuit of a world without musculoskeletal limitations.

OTA

The mission of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA) is to promote excellence in care for the injured patient, through provision of scientific forums and support of musculoskeletal research and education of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the public

WOA

The World Orthopaedic Alliance (WOA) is an international non-profit association dedicated to the advancement of high quality and cost effective musculoskeletal care in developing countries.

Gastländer

Die Veranstalter des Deutschen Kongresses für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie (DKOU) laden seit 2010 in jedem Jahr Gastländer ein. Diese sind auf dem Kongress mit ihren Fachgesellschaften und einem vielfältigen Veranstaltungsangebot vertreten.
